The BIOS lab is pleased to announce that we have producted yet another PhD graduate earlier this month. Wesley Kendall successfully defeneded his work on clinical OCT and a/LCI projects with a focus on spectroscopic OCT diagonstics performed on colon polyps. During his time as a PhD student and candidate in the BIOS lab Wesley oversaw clinical trials with multiple collaborators, built probes for clinical imaging, and hosted many lab potlucks and game nights. Wesley has been a valuable leader in the lab educationally and in our communtiy, helping to grow the environment that makes working in the BIOS lab special. Dr. Kendall will begin working for Mitutoyo Research and Development America later this year, we are all excite to see what comes from him in this exciting new chapter.
