The BIOS lab has two laboratory locations: One on Duke's west campus, and one in the converted Chesterfield building in downtown Durham.

- Exit airport following signs to Interstate 40
- Turn RIGHT onto I-40 W toward Durham/Chapel Hill (3.9 miles)
- Merge onto NC-147 N, exit 279B, toward Durham/Downtown (8.5 miles)
- Take exit 13 for Chapel Hill St, turn RIGHT at W Chapel Hill St (0.6 miles)
- Continue on Duke University Rd (0.9 miles)
- Turn RIGHT at Towerview Rd (0.5 miles)
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exist and stay on Towerview Rd
- Turn right at Science Dr (0.2 miles)
- Park in the Bryan Center/Duke Chapel parking lot on your RIGHT
West Campus Parking
From Parking to CIEMAS
- Exit Bryan Center parking lot and walk left to Science Drive
- Turn Right and walk to the end of the circle. Continue onto the engineering quad.
- Walk to the center of the two giant buildings (both are "FCIEMAS" or the "Fitzpatrick Center")
- Enter the building on your right and go up the stairs in the atrium
- Turn right and walk past the glass conference room. Turn Left
- Walk to the end of the hall. You are here!
